This system is designed to facilitate the precise filling of sensitive products into packaging cans. The cans are automatically sealed with lids after they have been filled.
The carousel principle ensures that the products are continuously fed and sealed in one continuous process. Sensors monitor both the correct loading of cans and the exact positioning of the lids, while also keeping tabs on the infeed and outfeed of the material.
Type 341 inserts the finished films into the plastic cans and seals them with the corresponding lids before they move on to the carton packaging system.
