Testing systems

And when your devices and systems of choice can’t be found in the catalogue, we can build them for you.

Permanent testing cubical Type 390

In this booth, the environmental impact on automotive parts subjected to rotational loads (belts, sheaves and drive pulleys) is simulated.
Load type: Heat, dirt/dust, salt spray, tension load, variations in driving speed and gear shifting.

Turbine blade material testing (nodes and root sides) Type 375

This 3-dimensional shaped precision tool clamps the node and root sections of the blade. The tractive force generated by a 500 ton gantry traction unit allows the centrifugal force acting on the blade to be simulated. The force vectors generated in the process are determined using strain gauges.

Mobile Large manipulator Type 209

A transportable Test facility for large turbine shafts with replaceable test trolley.

Ultrasound testing unit for aluminium bars using the immersion technique method Type 290-006

Top-quality semi-finished products such as aluminium or stainless high-alloyed steels require material testing before they can be further processed. This system allows medium- to large-sized cylindrical aluminium bars to be checked using an ultrasound immersion technique for fine surface cracks and internal errors (minor flaws, shrinkage cavities, bullet holes).
The following process steps are carried out automatically in this case: Workpiece coating (raising and lowering) into and out of the system; Workpiece handling (holding, lowering into the testing tank and lifting back up; ultrasound testing of the workpiece; applying goods labelling with the workpiece approval.

Ultrasound crack testing machine Type 352

The machine is used for detecting fine cracks in cylindrical automotive parts via ultrasound testing technology. Here: Testing of steering rods. When the corresponding conversion is applied, the machine can be used to test tubular or rod-like workpieces.

Ultrasound testing machines for small parts Type 271

This machine allows even small annular workpieces made from high-alloyed steel, e.g. ball bearings and bearing rings to be checked for internal defects and surface cracks using the ultrasound immersion technique. The workpieces are individually fed into the pilgering process.

Magnetisation crack testing machine (flux machine) Type 374

This machine conducts surface crack testing of large sprocket wheels. Using specific auxiliary device, all large annular workpieces in this machine can be checked
