Applicator Series 400 (Technique patented worldwide) |
|
 |
|
 |
Function description:
|
Series 400 Applicators are designed, according to type, to apply objects such as drinking straws, spoons, packages, etc. vertically, diagonally, horizontally to the desired side (in the case of multichamber cups also between the chambers) or from above to packages, cups, bottles, pouches, etc. The products transported through the machine continuously on a straight transport system are detected by sensors, free from contact, and equipped with the objects to be applied, in their passage through the machine
|
As a rule, the objects are fed to a transport wheel in belt form (foil tape); they are individually separated by a cutter and prepared for application. If required, they can, however, also be fed in singly through sorters. The machines are equipped with transport bodies or transport systems and can be integrated into existing transport systems. If the products have to run past the point of application of the applicator -at a distance from each other- then the separation can be effected by the employment of a module "separation device". If required, the products are also rotated here.
|
In so far as the objects are applied with glue, the vertical position of the glue points can be adjusted by hand wheels. In the horizontal direction, the points are set electronically, through the control panel. An oblique position as well as the optimal adaption of the objects to the packages, cups, etc., is effected through mechanical adjustments in the respective axial direction. The point in time of the application, and thus the horizontal position can be set through the control panel.
|
The machines are constructed on the modular system and accordingly flexible in their application.
The basic structure includes:
- Machine mounting of stainless steel
- Applicator gearing
- Processing of objects from containers (e.g.Mega-Box)
- Control panel with display and integrated industrial PC
- Control cabinet / pneumatic system
- Protective housing of transparent acrylic
The individual machine types are formed by the completion of the basic structure with various supplementary devices such as e.g.
- Gear unit settings
- Separation, also with product turning station
- Reverse turning station
- Hotmelt jets
- Hotmelt units
- Object tape roller
- Transport systems, with and without drive station
- Adhesive station
- Object detection and product rejection station
- Various format part sets, depending on object
- Supplementary units for the processing of foil tapes of poor quality
- Top guide
Further modules are continually being developed - please enquire.
